All ISL ports must have the same speed. The speed can be 1G, 10G, 25G, 40G, 50G or 100G, with 40G and 100G being the preferred speeds.

Reason B cannot be it because it bluntly says timers but doens't specify which timer. If it says "ISL Timers should be left at their default values." then that ould be true.
For instance, VSX linkup-delay-timer is st to 600 so that nullifies option B.

B & D: The best practice for inter-switch-link timers(dead-interval, hello-interval, hold-time, peer-detect-interval) is to keep the default timers (i.e.no specific configuration) -> p19
Whilst you can use 10GbE SFPs for an ISL it is not recommended by Aruba thus not a best-practice.
