Yes, I agree. with both you and the material. I believe what the material is trying to outline is that some members of the group work harder than others, which can be a downfall because profits are shared as a group.

Everything I have read shows that gainsharing is a "group" incentive and not an individual incentive. Not sure what "D" isn't included in the answer?
