B&C. A works due to recursive static routing so A is incorrect. D is also incorrect because 10.0.12.1 is its own ip so it should receive not forward.

It is a multiple choice question even though it does not say so in the statement. The correct answers are B,C,D. In option A although ¨The next hop in the route to the destination network 10.0.3.3/32 is not directly connected¨ it is wrong to say that ¨the local router does not forward data packets destined for 10.0.3.3¨.
