Selected Answer: C
Answer is C. Rules on General Purpose AI will be enforced 6 months after the Act comes into force. Rules for General Purpose AI (GPAI) systems, such as those with systemic risks, are enforced 12 months after the Act's entry into force (i.e., by August 1, 2025). The 6-month timeline (by February 1, 2025) applies to the enforcement of rules for prohibited AI practices, not GPAI.
