REPORTSCHEDULE crontask will run the scheduled report but 'Email with a file URL' will allow user to retrieve the report since mail server wont deliver the attachment

C is the correct Answer as for large report you can you Email with Link and View the report in report viwer

In the schedule report, at the Email section, we need to choose "url" in the file delivery format lookup list. Then the correct answer is C: "Email with a file URL"
