Suppose Z is 10, that is equal to 24,000 Y is 1/4 less than that of Z, i.e.,. 10/4 = 2.5, which means Y is 7.5 (10-2.5) Now, X is 1/3 more than that of Y, i.e., 7.5/3 = 2.5, which means X is 10 (7.5+2.5) That means 24,000 (same as Z)
