In my opinion, quantum to measure customer satisfaction is not justified with objective.

None of the following provide assurance that the complaints, returns, and survey responses pertain to purchases made within the past three months ONLY: (1) Customer complaints recorded by the customer service department during the last three months - those complaints could be related for purchases made more than three months ago. (2) Merchandise returned in the last three months - the items could have been purchased more than three months ago ; and (3) Responses to a survey of customers who made purchases in the last three months - customers could respond to the survey about purchases they made more than three months ago.

It is just written... Responses to a SURVEY of customers who made purchases in the LAST THREE MONTHS.
