The formula for calculating the number of communication channels is derived from the fact that in a group of (N) people, each person can potentially communicate with every other person except themselves. 435*(435-1) = 188 790

However, when we calculate the total number of communication channels, each pair is counted twice (once for each stakeholder in the pair).
