Selected Answer: A
BABOK v3 8.4.4.1 states that Business analysts perform cultural assessments to: • identify whether or not stakeholders understand the reasons why a solution exists, • ascertain whether or not the stakeholders view the solution as something beneficial and are supportive of the change, and • determine if and what cultural changes are required to better realize value from a solution. From above three points, the second point is mentioned specifically in option A. C is incorrect because as per point 3 of BABOK v3 8.4.4.1, cultural changes are determined to better realize the value from a solution, not to better drive its actions.

Selected Answer: C
BABOK V3 8.4.4.1 - mentions that a cultural assessment is conducted to determine if and what cultural changes are required to better realize value from a solution. This implies a more direct link between cultural changes and the effectiveness of implementing a solution. Therefore, option C, which directly addresses the influence of cultural changes on driving actions related to a solution change, appears to be a more fitting choice in this scenario.

Babok 6.1.4.2 Organizational Structure and Culture Organizational structure defines the formal relationships between people working in the enterprise. While communication channels and relationships are not limited to that structure, they are heavily influenced by it, and the reporting structure may aid or limit a potential change. Organizational culture is the beliefs, values, and norms shared by the members of an organization. These beliefs drive the actions taken by an organization. Business analysts perform a cultural assessment to: • identify if cultural changes are required to better achieve the goals, • identify whether stakeholders understand the rationale for the current state of the enterprise and the value delivered by it, and • ascertain whether the stakeholders view the current state as satisfactory or if change is needed. With this i'm not sure, but I will go with B.

B is correct. the benefit is generally known by cost-benefit analysis and there is no cultural element in it. It's a pure number. Cultural assessment shows the impact of the change on the org.
