timely detection is not correct - has nothing to do with incident classification. Detection is what enables us to initiate incident response plan. The correct answer is D (escalation process/procedure)

Selected Answer: B
Option B, "Timely detection of attacks will be impossible," is the greatest concern resulting from the lack of severity criteria in incident classification. Without severity criteria, it becomes difficult to prioritize and promptly respond to security incidents. This can lead to delays in detecting and mitigating attacks, allowing them to potentially cause more damage or go unnoticed for a longer period of time. Timely detection is crucial in minimizing the impact of cyber attacks and preventing further compromise of systems and data.

Time Detection of attacks has nothing with severity | Time detection may be regard the controls that you have. but classification will impact the escalation and communication process
