risk appetite and tolerance don't change the risk profile. they change the risk response way. The risk profile reflects the nature and level of risk the organization is exposed to — not how it reacts to it. So the BEST answer is D, because risk profile = exposure, and exposure changes only when internal/external risk factors change.
