although some of this is in the official study guide I feel like I would've been better off reading the official PMBOK book

First and foremost the questions written aren't clear. Ut does not say that a formal change request was made. It only says was asked to make the campus WIFI-enabled. That's bs. We know the change request process of request, review, analyze impact, approve. Then implement. I noticed many questions miss the ord 'The'. Like the so-called executives at ISACA just allow any questions to be approved for the exam without even a grammar check.
