Policies and procedures are to be defined first then we can launch enterprise wise awareness program. If they are not in place what will we make people aware about?
it should be A - Even with the most well-designed IT governance program, it will not be effective if the organization's stakeholders and employees are not aware of it. Launching an enterprise-wide IT governance awareness program can help to educate and engage the organization's stakeholders and employees, including senior executives, managers, IT staff, and end-users. This awareness program can include training sessions, workshops, communication plans, and other methods to ensure that everyone understands the IT governance program's purpose, benefits, and their roles and responsibilities.
I will answer my own question :)
B will help kick start the program and have the organization take notice but not SUSTAIN it. To sustain it, policies and procedures are needed.
