You have no idea what you are talking about, you should read the manual and study more to speak with knowledge. For this case, a root cause analysis is a proven technique and the only way to detect the cause and prevent it from recurring.

Forensic analysis is performed only when it is required, business impact analysis is done on proactive basis. This is an incident and for any incident RCA is done to identify the clause and initiate action.

D: Possibly Forensic analysis or C but definitely not A. A: Root cause analysis is NOT the answer. Who uses this for mitigating?. Onoy an idiot will provide such answers.
