Selected Answer: A
A. Establish a standard process for providing feedback. The best way to ensure the continued usefulness of IT governance reports for stakeholders is to establish a standard process for providing feedback (Option A). By establishing a structured feedback mechanism, stakeholders can provide input on the relevance, accuracy, and usefulness of the IT governance reports. This feedback can help identify areas for improvement, ensure that the reports address stakeholders' information needs, and enhance their overall effectiveness.

While relying on IT leaders to advise when adjustments should be made (Option B), issuing frequent service level satisfaction surveys (Option C), and conducting quarterly audits and adjusting reporting based on findings (Option D) are valuable practices, they may not provide the comprehensive and ongoing feedback necessary to ensure the continued usefulness of IT governance reports. Establishing a standard process for providing feedback allows for regular input from stakeholders and promotes continuous improvement of the reporting process.
