A test environment and test data
Using a test environment with production workloads (option C) may introduce unnecessary risks, as stress testing is designed to simulate extreme scenarios that may not align with normal production workloads. It is more appropriate to utilize specific test scenarios and data that are designed to push the system to its limits during stress testing
i would nominate answer B as the best and effective is production with masked data or else which could shift this enviroment to prod directly. this documented everywhere.
