A small-scale pilot lets the team test installation, workflows, data migration and user acceptance, revealing technical or organisational risks early. C The requirements-engineering processes must be clearly defined before introduction. The tool should fit and support an already agreed RE process; if the process is unclear, the tool cannot be configured or evaluated properly.
