Hablar de que tan probable es que ocurra algo es como definir que tan cerca estas de que caigas al barranco, para caer al barranco debes llegar al 100%, por lo tanto B esta mas cerca de 100 a comparación de D que esta mas alejado con el 5%, así que con la opción B estamos mas cerca de ir al barranco con el proyecto de $500,000.

The answer should be D because the failure is 5 % and the impact for it is 5,00,000. which is high than the option B.
