If the main issue is scalability, which will take 2 years to have a major re-write, and the fact that the con is that it still supports devices, so it's not totally false, then why would it not be answer A? Answer B doesn't have anything for scalability and it needs Java, and the tool was originally written in C# so now you have to re-program the tool. I don't know why answer is B?
