answer is NOT C, because no such thing as "vrf-target export", there's vrf-target 65530:100. If policy-statements are used, then it would be vrf-export and vrf-import with the policy-statement after it. Hence the can only be B

With vrf-export you could configure a policy that would let you do some "advanced filtering" and set more than one BGP community. With vrf-target export you can't do filtering, you just set one or more BGP communities to all prefixes.
