I prefer AC. Since D says "Must be", so it is wrong.

The external route advertisements have a domain scope. - Type 5 is domain scope , type 7 is translated to type 5 at ABR.. D. The area must be the backbone area. - Not a hard must, but could. Then true I think C and D are both a bit unclear, would go for C, because to the MUST in D
