There is no 300 priority... https://www.juniper.net/documentation/en_US/junos/topics/reference/configuration-statement/priority-edit-interfaces-vrrp.html BTW answer is in VRRP group number. they must match (as the authentication if configured). Highest Priority value Highest primary address participant (as the tiebreaker)
