N Y N 1. No. I downloaded the mobile app but don't see anywhere you can do anything with or even view solutions. I also went into several flows and checked all the options to try to add them, but didn't see anything at all. I then found this line on the link below: "The Power Automate mobile app does not currently support flows created in a solution." https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/solutions-overview 2. Yes, obviously. 3. No, like SHNH commented before me, apparently this has been changed and you can no longer create a business process flow from the power automate portal. "You can no longer create or manage business process flows from Power Automate outside of the solution explorer." https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/create-business-process-flow

Rest answers are correct with great explanation. For 3 I checked and found (as mentioned below by Maniula) that in Power Automate under the solution, you can create Business Process Flow. So this should be 'Yes'.

Sorry No-YEs-No. According to the web search results, as of August 2022, you can no longer create or manage business process flows from Power Automate outside of the solution explorer. However, you can still use Power Apps or Power App Maker to create and edit business process flows within a solution.
