I have found this information, therefore the correct answers are: -Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account -Only elevate executable files that are signed and validated https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/windows-itpro-docs/blob/public/windows/security/identity-protection/user-account-control/user-account-control-security-policy-settings.md

I'm confused by this question... Requirement say that Administrator should ALWAYS be prompted for approval. This means enabling Admin Approval Mode for Built-in administrator AND changing Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators from "Prompt for consent for non-Windows binaries" to "Prompt for consent". Three, not two policies needs to be changed for these requirements. Any other thoughts? Given answer is correct enough I guess.
