What are two possible ways to achieve this goal? Each correct answer presents a part of a solution.

Options are a bit vague. Options say deploying O365 apps but corporations may not deploy all apps.

Each correct answer presents a part of a solution. I think it's C and D. Enable it then update the policy. The question also states to ensure they have it. The self install option isn't the best for that.

Windows 10 is already deployed. Autopilot is only in effect during the initial deployment. The answer cannot be D.

no it says you deploy'' so you can still chose to deploy apps trough autopilot

I was going to say D but you do not set app deployment in a 'deployment profile' its configured in ESP, so I guess its A and C

No, for installing apps via autopilot/ Intune you need to create a app in Endpoint center, in deployment profile you do not select which apps should be installed!

I think this is correct too. C and D. Auto deployment may be set at Deployment profile page.

I guess D is not right because, autopilot is not in charge o deploying apps, once the initial set up si done it is MEM (intune) that deploys it

It has to be AC because autopilot doesnt manage applications. But the answer for C or question itself should have mention of configuration manager or intune or something. Now we are just making assumptions on what this company can do based on little information. These questions are so dumb sometimes.

I don’t know the option auto deployment for Office but on the other hand, updating the autopilot profile does not allow to add apps, you would need to have a policy with the app deployed and assigned and then an ESP page configured to wait for it to be installed or a provisioning package could be used with white glove. Another strange one

A and D (there isn't a direct "auto-deployment" feature for Office 365 apps tied to Autopilot in the same way as updating the Autopilot deployment profile itself to include the Office 365 apps.)

C & D Use the self-install option on the Office 365 dashboard: While users can download and install Office from the Office 365 portal/dashboard, this is not a method associated with Windows Autopilot deployment.

This is a bad question. It does not have the correct answers. We are left selecting A and C but C is not a valid Answer. D would be correct if the Autopilot was configured to deploy the Apps during creation of the Windows 10 Instance's but the question states the user must install the Apps. Meaning the Windows 10 instances are already deployed. You could use Intune or SCCM to deploy the apps automatically but those answers are not here.

Office 365 ProPlus doesn’t use MSIs. The answer cannot be B. Windows 10 is already deployed. Autopilot is only in effect during the initial deployment. The answer cannot be D.

I think the point is that you must assure that users CAN install O365 apps, not that O365 MUST be installed. That's why A and D are correct.
