I logged in the admin center in my company. There is no MS tech number to call, but you can have the support to email or give you a call. So the answer should be BCD

Its not A as you don't get the option to 'recieve a Microsoft technical support phone number' If you select "Phone (Response within 15 mins)" then they call you. But you dont call them. Selected Answer: BCD
C is self service option in case if its known issue with a known solution. Sometimes it even gives script to fix B & D would appear once you are ready to submit the request in preferences that you want to be called or emailed by support. Premier support used to have toll free years back but not anymore. Suprising Microsoft doesn't has a chat with support option so far.

when I worked at a recent position, I specifically remember not being able to schedule a call back from support, they call at random. I also do not remember an option to use chat.

D is correct as you do have the option to schedule a time for a MS technician to call you. For the other option, the query tool is another correct one and you can find a regional phone number to call MS support. So I would go for ACD

I think this is a bit vague, and even the support documentation is not crystal clear. However, here is a link to Microsoft 365 Admin Center Help: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/manage/message-center?view=o365-worldwide
