I think the answer is B. Ensure @mentions is set to Banner and feed, Replies is set to Banner, and Likes and reactions is set to Banner and feed. You will need to edit your settings for Teams and Channels.

Nope, if the Teams client is set to send notifications through Windows 10's banners and you're not getting notifications, you have to fix/allow them in Windows 10, which would be using the posted answer, C Doing what you're suggesting might also solve the issue, but it is not an answer option
