For the second requirement I would choose 'Show Chart Only'. If you uncheck that option it will display the chart and its associated data according to this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/set-properties-chart-list-included-dashboard?view=op-9-1.

wrong it says, Clear this check box if you want to display the chart and its associated data. clear not tick I believe it is correct

Default will display the data thus displaying the associated data
