You can upgrade from basic tier to the standard tier without interrupting your existing operations. You can't downgrade from Standard tier to Basic tier.

Seems like wrong answers here. I checked and you can upgrade your tier unless you are using a free tier. Secondly you can't use twins in B1only S1 and above.
