Selected Answer: A
A. Unavailable status, block reservation, picking and shipping - This configuration ensures sales orders are held (no reservation, picking, or shipping) until quality is verified, while warehouse processing (e.g., receiving the vendor delivery) proceeds, aligning with WMS functionality and the scenario’s needs.

Why "C" is correct: Ignore my other responses. Available status: Setting the batch’s inventory status to "Available" allows the warehouse to process the incoming delivery (e.g., receive it from the vendor, put it away, and perform quality checks). If the status were "Unavailable," the item might not be usable for any warehouse operations, which conflicts with the need to check quality. Block shipping: This prevents sales orders from being shipped until the quality check is complete and the block is lifted. It holds the sales orders as required, while still allowing warehouse processes like receiving and quality inspection to proceed.

Option [A] allows Warehouse Processing: No work policy restrictions are applied to purchase order receiving or internal movements, so the batch can be processed (e.g., received, put away) with the "Unavailable" status.

Selected Answer: D
I would say D. When the disposition status is Available, you cant block anything. It has to be unavailable. I would allow reservation but block picking and shipping.

Answer can only be C "C. Available status, block shipping" Reason: If you set the Batch disposition status field to Unavailable, you can customize the block status of each operation (reserve, pick, and ship) for each type of order (sales, transfer, and production). For production orders, you can choose to block or unblock the production picking journal. You can also choose to block or unblock master planning. Use the options on the Setup FastTab to block or unblock each operation as you require. These settings will be read-only while the Batch disposition status field is set to Available. You can't have Available + blocked as the settings are read only when Available. Must be one of the Unavailable + answers... B?
