You can not replicate on prem data directly to a table storage, that's why the answer is no

if the previous related answers are yes, this one should be a yes as well as table storage is based on blob storage and supports various redundancy options (LRS, ZRS, GRS, etc)

Retract my previous answer. Table storage would not be the right solution for replicating on-premise data, so answer is No
