Here's the correct sequence again for clarity: Navigate to "https://flow.microsoft.com" (Option C) Select a flow and select share (Option B) Add people and select the co-owner access type (Option A)

I think 1. navigate https://make.powerautomate.com/ 2. Select and Share 3. Add people and select access type - bcoz there is no requirement for granting co-owner access in the question
