B, In Microsoft Dynamics 365, the app designer allows you to configure the app's sitemap, including which entities and forms are visible to specific users or security roles. If the customer is unable to view the custom work order form, it's essential to verify that the custom form is set to be visible within the app that the customer is using. By navigating to the app designer and checking under the work order entity, you can ensure that the custom form is included and set to be visible for users with the Field Service Dispatcher security role. If the custom form is missing or not set to be visible, the customer will not be able to access it when they log into Dynamics 365.

I went for B) because if the form is missing in the app, there would be a problem for all non system admins. though i can see when you go to the maker portal, use 'Form Settings' You can assign security roles to a form to accommodate how different people in your organization need to interact with the same data in different ways. Applying security roles to forms ensures users get access to only the forms they need. Learn more -everyone -specific security roles. --> list of roles..! there is also an option to set fallback forms qestion is: «for a customer who has the Field Service Dispatcher security role»  every user? (who has is single), “rouble viewing it when they log ” they -> plural?!  Enable "Work Order" form as a Fallback form is an obtion  Ensure is maybe the keyword! Hence: c
