I agree with CDE; AI says ABD. I think our jobs are safe for now!

Selected Answer: CDE
Why not the others? A. Account Hierarchy: Used for customer account relationships, not for security or access control. B. Azure AD Security Group: Useful for environment access, but not for record-level security in Dataverse.

I would go for BDE - I can't see the manager hierachy - what is that in PP or Dataverse? Users must be somewhere identifiedy and grouped.

Why tho? I just use process of elimination... Account and Manager Hierarchy have nothing to do with the requirements there for its the other 3. Think about the solution and what you would do... its PL-600 not 200. Just my thoughts... maybe im wrong... or maybe im not.... what if I am? .... hmmm .... prob not tho.... maybe

Can you please explain why "manager hierarchy has nothing to do with the requirements"? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/hierarchy-security

Requirements do not mention anything related to position hierarchy. No super-subordinate relationships. Only geography, store affiliation and broad access needs.
