1- From the IPAM node in Server Manager, Click Event Catalog, and then review the IP Address Tracking 2- Get-IpamIpAdressAuditEvent 3- From Server Manager, run Retrieve Event Catalog Data (Pretty much the same as number 1).

I think A is correct. IPAM logs for DHCP are Evnet actalog. IPAM logs for DNS are audit and diagnosise.
