I tend to agree with the given answer after reading this below doc. The last sentence specifically. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/tshoot-connect-object-not-syncing#troubleshooting "To find the errors, look at a few different places, in the following order: The operation logs to find errors identified by the synchronization engine during import and synchronization. The connector space to find missing objects and synchronization errors. The metaverse to find data-related problems. Start Synchronization Service Manager before you begin these steps."
