By disabling BGP route propagation on the route table associated with the subnet, the BGP routes advertised from your on-premises network via the VPN connection will not be propagated to this subnet. This means the new subnet will not have a route back to the on-premises network and will therefore be unreachable from the on-premises network.

This is YES if the RT is configured with route propagation disabled on the new subnet. But NO if the RT is configured with route propagation disabled on the VPNGW subnet Not enough info to really say YES or NO - I hope this doesn't show up on the exam. :))
