Given answer looks OK - 1. For applying the SQL Server extension to the VM: o Set-AzVMSqlServerExtension is the correct cmdlet to apply the SQL Server extension and configure automated patching. 2. For the SQLManagementType: o If you want to manage SQL Server fully through this extension (including patching, backup, etc.), the correct option should be: o -Full for comprehensive management.

Box 1: Set-AzVMSqlServerExtension Box 2: Full, But the Update-AzVM doesn't have -SQLManagementType, so that is a bit confusing.

Correct: Box 1: Set-AzVMSqlServerExtension, SQL in lowercase. Box 2: Full. SQL IAAS Extension only allows patching automatically in Full mode.
