How is this not a Add-Computer and a Restart-Computer. Why is it required to do a offline domain join?

nano servers are not on the 70-742 exams and not on a learning path for this certification

It might not be for 70-742, but it is for the 70-740. Microsoft is known for throwing in a few q's from other exams, just to spice it up i guess..

a) no, it isn't, nothing from outside the scope exam objectives will be on the exam. They do not put anything from other exams in, that would not make any sense. b) Nano was removed from 70-740 over a year ago.

I think that folloing anwsers are correct. Of cource also the given answer is correct. First command to run Netdom.exe with the JOIN parameter. Second command to run Restart-Computer with the Force parameter.

My guess - Nano server does not have netdom by default (?) So need to use djoin method
