I agree, we know, that journey is running right now, so the status reason is Live: From https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/go-live we can read: "To edit a live journey without stopping it, open it and then choose Edit on the command bar. Correct answer is C for me.

the weird part is, that the question is about changes of the template of customer journeys and not the actual journey (instance) itself. if changes on the template would affect the live journey instances, shouldn't this be explicitly mentioned? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/journey-templates#edit-delete-or-deactivate-an-existing-template
