email can not be added to a Playbook template, only Tasks, Phone call and appointment can be. So D is not an option for sure. Another option is - after you add email activity to the Playbook, make any update to any of the other activities, that will trigger recalculation and start counting the email also in total activities. Unfortunately this is not an option in answer, so C seems to be most feasible solution.

I think the answer is D as the template doesn't contain email so needs to be added to calc right
