Instead of inputendpoint should be Internalendpoint, e.g: Endpoints> <InternalEndpoint name="Endpoint3" protocol="any"> <FixedPortRange max="8999" min="8995" /> </InternalEndpoint> </Endpoints>

Yes I think that too, transfer endpoint should be an InternalEndpoint. Anyone to verify this?

internal endpoints are used for instance to instance communication
