I did some research on this and came up with the following conclusion: Azure Blob: IaaS Azure Logic Apps: PaaS Azure IoT: SaaS Do others agree?

No, you need some development in Azure IoT, it is PaaS, azure blob storage is PaaS because you don't manage the infra related to the services.
