The question and the answers are actually confusing. Options C and D should have indicated that the "Execute code" refers to the code in the catch block, as it could easily have referred to the code in the try block. The options should have said "Execute catch code" or "Execute code in catch block" to avoid ambiguity as to the code being referred to in the options. With the needed clarity, C is the correct answer.
