You have an Azure Virtual Desktop deployment that contains a host pool named Pool1. Pool1 contains session hosts that run a line-of-business (LOB) app named App1.

You have an Azure Compute Gallery that contains the following image:

• Image definition: Image1
• Image version: 1.1.1

Image version 1.1.1 was used to deploy all the current session hosts.

You plan to deploy a new virtual machine named VM1 as a source for a new image version that will contain an update for App1.

Which four actions should you perform in sequence? To answer, move the appropriate actions from the list of actions to the answer area and arrange them in the correct order.

The order should be: 1. From the Azure Compute Gallery, deploy VM1 2. Perform the update on App1 3. Use Sysprep to generalize VM1 4. Capture VM1 as an image version and Store the version in the Azure Compute Gallery.

Leocan is correct. The questions states: You plan to deploy a new VM named VM1 You cannot capture an image of VM1 until you have deployed VM1 Correct steps: Deploy VM1 from the existing image Update APP1 on VM1 After completing your customization of VM1 Generalize it to prepare for Image Capture Capture a new image of VM1 and Publish it in the Gallery Use the newly created Gallery image version to deploy new session hosts

"Image version 1.1.1 was used to deploy all the current session hosts." So it has been deployed already and we don't need to deploy it again.

you do, you can't make changes in a session host and capture that image to the compute gallery. you need to first deploy a new VM outside the hosts, make changes, generalize, capture, then deploy in the host. 100%. Leocan is right.
