Selected Answer: A
I thought the answer was Lead time at first but it is cycle time or A. The lead time starts when the work item is created. The cycle time starts when the work is started on the work item. The answer is A, Cycle Time. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/report/dashboards/cycle-time-and-lead-time?view=vsts - also found in this Examtopics Question 1 Topic 1.

Selected Answer: A
A is the answer. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/report/dashboards/cycle-time-and-lead-time?view=azure-devops Both lead time and cycle time widgets are useful to teams. They both indicate how long it takes for work to flow through their development pipeline. Lead time measures the total time elapsed from the creation of work items to their completion. Cycle time measures the time it takes for your team to complete work items once they begin actively working on them.
