Selected Answer: B
Think about it this way, if the queue is not working you can create as many new queues as you want, if they are configure the same way, they will have the same issue, therefore is a config issue.

Selected Answer: B
A. Configure queue item views: This would allow you to see the items in the queue, but it doesn’t necessarily solve the issue of automatic assignment. B. Configure the queue: This could potentially solve the issue if the problem lies within the configuration of the queue itself. C. Create five new queues: If each SLA requires a unique queue for proper routing and assignment, creating new queues could resolve the issue. D. Create a view for the outstanding requests: This would help in monitoring the outstanding requests but may not resolve the issue of automatic assignment. So I would pick B. because despite the fact that doesn't offer a direct fix, it allows actions to be perfomed to fix the issue

I hope that's not how it is phrased in exams... if you configure the routing one paramente is the queue, so the queue should be already created. Maybe D. create a view for outstanding requests can be the correct one if the outstanding requests are the ones without any SLA, and so you monitor them - does it solve the issue, well i wouldn't say, i would say that you solve the issue when all requests are assigned to queues. A. is not ok, bc if there would be the queue item requests would be visible in the queue. B. configuring the queue is so generic that could mean anything and so it could be possible too... Or maybe there is something that i'm missing...
