THE QUESTION IS NOT ASKING HOW MANY OF THESE CLOUD ENDPOINTS CAN ALLOCATED TO THE GROUP BASED ON REGION, IN THIS CASE THERE ARE TWO IN WEST US BUT RATHER, HOW MANY CLOUD ENDPOINTS CAN A SYNC GROUP HOST. THE ANSWER IS 1. IT COULD BE ANYONE OF THE TWO IN WEST US BUT THE GROUP CAN ONLY CONTAIN 1 WHICH IS WAHT THE QUESTION ALLUDES TO.
