C. Not B because sharing by link generates a shareable link that can be accessed by anyone with the link. It might not be specific to a set of users and could pose a security risk if the link gets shared outside the intended audience.

The link can also be generated to work for certain users only, so I'll go with B.

Selected Answer: C
Why the other options are not suitable: A. Embed code using website or portal option: This is for internal embedding in secure portals, but still requires user authentication and is not ideal for indefinite sharing. B. Share by using a link: This method is not secure unless the link is shared with authenticated users and permissions are managed. D. Publish to web: This makes the report publicly accessible on the internet — not secure and not suitable for sharing with a specific group.

"Your organization may not allow you to create shareable links to People in your organization. Learn more about this tenant setting in the admin portal documentation." &&& "Each report cannot have more than 1,000 sharing links. In the unlikely case that your report hits this max limit, we recommend removing links that give Specific people access and instead grant those users direct access." https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-share-dashboards#share-a-report-via-link For me, C

B is correct. on Power BI you cannot share a link directly with the user.... well you can, but the user is not going to have access. could be A, but several users are going to have access to the BI

Selected Answer: B
B: dB: B: bB B & C meet the requirements. The only reason to recommend B or C is its faster/easier, otherwise it doesn't really matter, unless you plan to go over 1,000 shared links, in which case you would have to switch to direct. So B:

Correct: B https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-share-dashboards Things to keep in mind about sharing reports and dashboards: Both reports and dashboards can be shared to users through direct access; however, only reports can be shared via links that give access to the report and underlying data.
