You are a Dynamics 365 Finance system administrator.
An issue has been reported that appears to be a base Dynamics 365 bug. The system was last updated three weeks ago. Searching for the issue by description in
Lifecycle Services is not working.
You need to determine other ways to search for similar issues to help narrow down the search before opening a Microsoft ticket.
What are two ways to search for a released hotfix? Each correct answer presents a complete solution.
NOTE: Each correct selection is worth one point.

  • A. By industry
  • B. By Microsoft support ticket number
  • C. By Application Object Tree (AOT) object name
  • D. Date range for release

For me is A e C...you can search a hotfix by industries and AOT. Microsoft support ticket number (the answer B) is not Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) number. So B is not correct.

Because it is written in the question that "to help narrow down before opening new ticket". SO B is not correct

See Roda comments. Support ticket number and KB number it's different things. Moreover they said "to help narrow down before opening new ticket". if you know KB number - you are not going to open new ticket. So A and C correct

If you go to LCS, you can see for yourself that in the left part of the screen you can filter by Category - Product issues - Industry

I'm not seeing the possibility to filter by Industry.
